Dear SAOT Doctoral Researchers,

We herewith want to draw your attention on the LANE 2022 conference organized by the Bayerisches Laserzentrum GmbH (blz) and the Institute of Photonic Technologies (LPT). Please also see the official announcement below.

If you want to give a presentation at this international conference, you are welcome to submit an abstract before January 24, 2022.

As the papers will be published in Elsevier’s „Procedia CIRP“, you can earn Credit Points in “Science” firstly for the presentation at an international conference and secondly for the publication.

  • SAOT is going to take over the registration costs for SAOT doctoral researchers.
  • Please do not forget to affiliate yourself in the proceedings paper and on the presentation with SAOT! Please also make clear that you belong to SAOT when you submit the abstract.
  • For the proceedings you earn 3 CPs
  • For an oral presentation 6 CPs.

Dear photonics community,

We are very happy to let you know that as in former years our next LANE conference will take place again as an on-site event in Fuerth.

You have gained interesting research results in the field of photonic technologies and especially in laser material processing and want to present them to experts from all over the world?

Take your chance now! Submit your contribution until January 24, 2022 (submission deadline for abstracts) and get the chance to present your work live at the 12th CIRP Conference on Photonic Technologies [LANE 2022] in Fuerth on September 04 to 08, 2022. For more details, please have a look at the Call for Papers:

There are two possible ways to participate in LANE 2022:
