SAOT at “Diffusion Fundamentals VIII”
8 SAOT Doctoral Candidates actively contributed to the international conference “Diffusion Fundamentals VIII – Diffusion Phenomena Moving People”. The 5-day-event took place in Erlangen, Germany, from 1st to 5th September 2019 and was organized by the Institute of Advanced Optical Technologies – Thermophysical Properties (AOT-TP).
Besides lectures and poster sessions, the conference also comprised four workshops, of which two were held by the SAOT mentors Dr. Cédric Giraudet (‘Determination of transport properties of fluids by optical methods‘, together with Prof. Werner Köhler, University of Bayreuth) and Dr.-Ing. Thomas Koller (‘Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation and modeling of diffusion in fluids and porous materials‘, together with Prof. Ulrich Tallarek, University of Marburg).
