This two day long workshop, that took place May 8-9, 2019, focused on optical sensing techniques for measurement and process control. This covered the wide-span fields from optical measurement techniques for particle diagnostics, over optical sensing techniques in laser materials processing to embedded measurement technologies for defect detection or surface measurement. Typical sensing techniques within these fields include spectroscopy, high-speed imaging and thermography as well as interferometric approaches.

SAOT wants to thanks all speakers and participants for contributing to this workshop!
