The 33rd International SAOT Workshop, chaired by Prof. Dr. Dr. Oliver Friedrich, took place online from 16 - 17 February 2021.

The Winter Academy 2021 took place online again due to the ongoing Covid 19 crisis. From 15 -18 February, the participants from SAOT and MAOT dealt intensively with the topic “Modern Biophotonics”.

In 2021, seven Key Qualification Courses organized by F3G are part of the SAOT program.
